Administrative Assistant | Hybrid Remote Work From Home | Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the execution of all clerical duties. The successful candidate will possess strong research skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a professional demeanor.

Job Summary: This is a hybrid position, involving both on-site and remote work throughout Howard County, MD, Baltimore County, MD, and Anne Arundel County, MD. The work is ideal for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and reproduce documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Phone calls.
  • Manage calendar(s) and schedule appointments.
  • Help in managing social media posting and blog posting schedule.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and social events, including logistics (room scheduling, set-up/break-down), catering, track/manage attendance responses, and guest arrangements (directions/parking).
  • Responding to emails.
  • Creating, scheduling, and or posting social media content.
  • Help with additional administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Time Commitment: Flexible schedule. Weekly on-site meetings. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be trainable and a quick learner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. •
  • Strong time management abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely for most portions of the role.
  • Comfortable handling event logistics and working on-site.
  • Basic computer skills.

Location: Hybrid. Mostly remote work from home. On-site work required eight (8) hours per week at one (1) of our three (3) locations in Howard County, MD | Baltimore County, MD | Anne Arundel County, MD.  

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible
